QUESTION
Does a person need wudu when praying Quran on a computer if they are scrolling with the mouse?

Wudū is not required for verbal recitation of the Qur’ān. If a person recites the Qur’ān by looking at the verses of the Qur’ān on a screen without physically touching the verses, then this is permissible.
